Joe and Amy chat with Lt. Jeff Gauthier of the Milwaukee Fire Department, sober for 28 years. He talks to us about the mental health crisis and substance abuse among firefighters as well as his work in the Peer Support Team, breaking the stigma and shame and getting them the help they need.
